Venue
The DSC 2018 will take place in Antibes, France in the conference center.
The exhibition area is divided in two dedicated areas between the different conference rooms and the lunch area. For more information, please see the attached floor maps.

Booking terms & conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Payment is by bank wire transfer. Please ensure all invoices are paid in full by May 31st 2018. A VAT receipt will be issued upon request.
Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set-up, maintenance, dismantling, insurance and security of their own exhibition stand at the conference. Exhibitors are also responsible for ensuring the arrival of any materials sent by courier or mail.
Your Exhibitor’s package includes
- One stand, with electricity
- One table, two chairs
- One attendee registration (including meals)
- Distribution of a brochure or advertising material of the exhibitor in the attendee’s pack is available on request
Deadline for exhibitor registration: July 31st, 2018
Cancellation policy
- If you wish to cancel your booking before July 31st 2018, there will be a 50% refund.
- If you wish to cancel your booking after July 31st 2018, there will be no refund.
- If you pay after the deadline (May 31st 2018), the price will increase of 20%.
